Varta CR1/2 AA battery as the name suggest are half the length of conventional AA battery. They employ Lithium chemistry and as result provide twice the voltage of traditional Ni-MH / Alkaline batteries. Offering exceptional self discharge rate and ideal for computing such as CMOS replacements, GPS devices and many other specialised equipment.

This battery is a non rechargeable cell.
