The ACS110 is probably the most sophisticated Ni-MH battery pack charger available. Featuring custom negative delta peak microcontroller and switch mode technology, allowing the user maximum flexibility to charge a wide range of battery packs.
The microcontroller charger will detect the battery pack size and automatically adjust the output to match. The charger will auto detect 1 cell (1.2v) to 10 cells (12v). Charging both Nickel Cadmium (NiCD) and Nickel Metal hydride (NiMH) for capacities ranging from 800-10000mah.
Charger will start in test mode, determining the number of cells and display to the user if the battery has any faulty cells or is connected in correctly. Once test mode is finished the charger switched to fast charge until the negative delta peak is detected. Upon negative delta peak detection the charger switches to trickle charge.
Specifically designed as a solution for NiMH and NiCD battery packs found in radio control hobbies. This version of the Ansmann ACS310 is fitted with Tamiya (Grey) Connector. Ideal quick and easy set and forget solution for older style radio control battery packs, or any Ni-MH or NiCD battery pack between 3-12 cells.
